    Fetzer 2005  Cabernet
Wine Makers Comments: On the nose you’ll find deep, rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, cherry and vanilla, with evident spice from the oak and a hint of herbs. Tasting delivers a rich layered texture of ripe blackberry mocha, toffee and vanilla. Medium to firm tannins provide structure and balance to this medium-bodied Cabernet. Excellent now, the wine will continue to evolve and mature nicely in the bottle for several years to come.   Our Price: $6.49

    Fetzer 2005 Pinot Noir
Wine Makers Comments: Pinot Noir is often described as an elegant wine, and it is made today with many different flavor profiles. This Valley Oaks Pinot Noir has easy drinking flavors of rich, ripe raspberries, strawberries and just a touch of oak with firm tannins so the fruit isn’t overpowered. Aromas of pomegranate introduce a surprisingly smooth and welcome collection of flavors. Whether your journey of discovery with Pinot Noir is well advanced or just beginning, I know you’ll find this wine to be a comforting addition to your personal wine list, meant to enjoy often. Our Price: $6.49

    Fetzer 2006 Chardonnay
Wine Makers Comments: Valley Oaks Chardonnay is characteristically golden straw in color, with aromas of tropical fruit layered with lemon grass, lime, a touch of peach and some herbal notes of clove. The wine is crafted to be medium weight, with vanilla, baked apple and pear alongside flavors of citrus and grapefruit. You won’t be disappointed in this vintage: it’s like saying hello to an old friend. Our Price: $6.49

    Fetzer Riesling
Wine Makers Comments: Bright apricots, apples, peaches – there’s a bushel basket of flavors and aromas in every glass. The wine is delicate, yet full and pairs wonderfully well with spicy Thai or Asian foods, as well as traditional holiday foods like baked ham or turkey. There’s dried fruit and zesty lemon on the nose, with notes of lavender, jasmine and rose petal. As you taste, the crisp acid balances nicely in a well structured wine that offers peaches, pineapple and pear in a smooth, rich, mellow finish. Slightly sweet, but barely noticeable with the fruit- forward flavors. Our Price: $9.99

    Wakefield 2005 Riesling
Wine Makers Comments: This wine is generous and mouth-filling with abundant flavours of lime, lemon and grapefruit. A delicate musk character is carried throughout the palate. The wine has a crisp acid which is balanced by sweet fruit characters. The finish is long, clean and immensely enjoyable. Our Price: $15.99

    Wakefield 2004 Chardonnay
An elegant and luscious wine with layers of generous flavours. White peach, melon and lime are evident across the palate. The wine has a creamy, viscous texture across the mid palate, with subtle oak and yeast derived nuances adding complexity. The palate is soft and round but finishes with freshness and balance. Our Price: $15.99

    Wakefield 2004 Shiraz
Wine Makers Comments: The palate delivers everything the aromas promises – a creamy, luscious and sumptuous wine with rich plum and spice characters. The tannins are fine and persistent – another great shiraz year from the Clare Valley. Our Price: $15.99

    Wakefield 2004 Cabernet
Wine Makers Comments:This is a wine of considerable generosity. The palate has abundant sweet fruit, which is juicy and full in character suggesting a vintage of substantial quality. The classic hallmarks of Cabernet Sauvignon characters are evident – ripe berry fruit, cassis, perfume, cinnamon, spice and tobacco along with fine- grained tannins. Our Price: $15.99

    See you Friday!

Blend: 62% Chardonnay, 28% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscat Canelli                           Our Price:
    Reg. Price – $11.99 – Club Price $9.99

    Dancing Bull 2004 Merlot
Winemaking Notes: Drawing primarily from the Central Coast and Sonoma, the fruit for the 2004 Dancing Bull Merlot is sourced from both warm and cool climate regions in an effort to produce a Merlot with layers of fruit flavors, primarily black and red berries. The Central Coast fruit benefits from the distinctive Bay and Delta breezes that cool the grapes in the evenings to create ripe, forward fruit, and soft tannins. The cooler climate of Sonoma and the coastal regions adds contrast to the blend, balancing the intense ripeness with some structure and a bit of spice.
    Our Price:
    $8.99

    Le Bellerive Prosecco
Made from 100% Prosecco di Valdobbiadene grapes, this wine has a light straw color and very small charming dense bubbles. A touch of pear and melon show on the nose while juicy layers of lychee lights up this wine. Pure and precise with a refreshing acidic spark. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate any occasion than with a ‘POP’ of prosecco. Cheers!  WINE AND SPIRITS Le Bellerive Prosecco Best Buy
    Our Price:
    $15.99

    Trevor Jones 2005 Virgin Chardonnay
It’s called a Virgin Chardonnay because it is untouched by any oak influence. The only wood that had anything to do with this wine was the trunks of the vines on which the grapes grew. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The result is a fresh, elegant wine, with great depth of rich ripe fruit, redolent of stonefruit, peaches and lychees. There is an underlying richness provided by the time spent on lees, combined with subtle complexity of the malolactic ferment component. The finish is soft yet crisp, with a hint of fruit sweetness balanced with an approachable acid level to leave a long, savory, flavorsome finish. Wine Advocate Rating – 92
    Our Price:
    $18.49
